Yes. The AIR-Plate has a universal design and is compatible with most externally worn body armour, including plate carriers and soft armor vests. To date, we haven't found any setups it is not compatible with.
The complete AIR-Plate® Cooling System weighs approximately 900 g. This includes the AIR-Plate ventilation units and the power control module.
The AIR-Plate delivers approximately 104 W/m² of cooling power, as verified in independent lab tests.
The AIR-Plate is powered by a compact rechargeable power control module. On a full charge, the system delivers over 10 hours of continuous cooling.
The power control module is IP67 certified — fully dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion in water. The AIR-Plate ventilation units should not be submerged. The system is built for real-world field conditions.
The AIR-Plate operates with minimal noise — quiet enough for tactical missions. It will not interfere with verbal communication or situational awareness.
Yes. The AIR-Plate was specifically designed for extreme heat and has been tested extensively in the field across high-intensity operational scenarios.

The product has undergone rigorous field testing and laboratory evaluation. Certification processes for full operational deployment are in progress and will be obtained before product launch.
No — the AIR-Plate does not reduce the protection level of your body armour. In fact, it increases protection by functioning as a trauma pad, absorbing external impact energy and blunt force trauma.
The AIR-Plate® will be available for presale starting December 2025, with full delivery planned by May 2026.

Yes. Once the product launch has commenced, we will offer international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated and charged separately based on your delivery location.
The AIR-Plate system comes with a 2-year guarantee covering failures due to faulty components — defective parts will be replaced free of charge. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by external factors, field use, or misuse.
The AIR-Plate should be wiped down with a damp cloth after use. Avoid submerging it in water. Further care instructions will be included in the user manual.
The fan-modules are designed for easy field-replacement. The battery within the power control module cannot be replaced — it recharges like a mobile phone. Replacement parts will be available in our store after launch.
Yes. We plan to release modular upgrades, accessories, and replacement components based on user feedback and operational needs.
